Environmental Planning and Impact Assessment

All manner of land development investments such as residential, resort recreational, commercial and industrial require various environmental approvals, frequently gained at more than one level of jurisdiction (e.g., country, state, province, district, county, parish, region).

We work with a variety of private developers and industries as well as government offices, helping to navigate and implement environmental rules and regulations. These assignments vary by sector, geography, scale and scope. We routinely work with clients engaged in land development, energy, aggregate, metals and minerals, water management, and infrastructure development and management projects, assisting in navigating the oftentimes, complicated regulatory world. Our work helps clients move from strategic and pre-feasibility stages through to implementation, monitoring and adaptive management stages.

Savanta Inc. leads, coordinates and simplifies environmental approvals and EAs, with a focus on sound science and the integration of environmental, social and economic considerations.
